Care of beauty from the outside
- Give preference to sweet products. Cleansing milk, for example, is gentler than soap in the form of a gel. In winter, you also give up peeling because these peel the skin.
- Avoid alcohol-based face lotions because they further dry the skin and can damage the protective lipid layer of the skin.
