Catching Rays the Wise Way
Getting outside into summer’s bright shining sun can certainly be great for our mental health! However, it can do incredible damage to our skin! Wrinkles, freckles, and even skin cancer can catch up with us after years of sun exposure.
We need to be protected from its harmful ultraviolet rays at all times. Don’t save the sunscreen for the beach. Even when we are driving in our car, walking the dog, or picking weeds from the lawn we are in need of protection. SPF15 is included in some makeup products so check yours! If it isn’t included, it should be applied before your base each morning.
It is also best to wear at least SPF15 on all exposed body parts every day. Of course, we need to increase the level of protection when exposure will be excessive or prolonged! So go outside and have some fun! Just take the extra time to shield your beautiful skin so that it will stay healthy for years to come!
Bonus Note:
Tanning bed bulbs are designed to mimic the sun. They produce the same types of harmful ultraviolet rays! So please use moderation and common sense when using them, as well!
thanks for some great advice
Welcome
Cancer is created from ultraviolet rays, so we will have to survive from ultraviolet rays. You have given a nice suggestion so thank you very much.
