A take a lot of pride in keeping a healthy sleeping schedule.
I know sleep can be a daunting thing. There are actually quite a few misconceptions when it comes to sleep.
This hustle and grind culture that we live in today loves to talk about no sleep until you die and grinding all night long.
While I believe in hard work and hustling, I also believe that Sleep is necessary.
It's not just my belief, all the research points to the numerous benefits that sleep provides. Quality of sleep and quantity of sleep matter greatly.

I have family members who take this crap. I hate that they do it and I always tell them to stop taking it!! It's horrible for your body and a terrible mistake in my opinion. I'm not sure how anyone could knowingly destroy their body and brain with this stuff!
But when I talk to them, they have no idea that it's bad for them.
In fact, their doctors usually prescribe it!
Stop this epidemic that is taking over the world. Educate yourself on proper sleep and then go out and get it. You'll thank me a billion times over if you start sleeping 8 hours a day and for quality as well!
