It's been like this for a while now and smoking a joint helps but once the munchies kick in I get super hungry and everything that I see I eat and by the time it hits me it's 2-3am and I'm over here recommending people to not eat late because it all turns into fat. And I have goals to meet and it's hard since sleeping is an issue.
It pisses me off because it's affecting my massage and workouts. I take naps to often. In the middle of the day. Right after sessions.
It sucks!
I don't know what to do.
Oh before I forget, I do massage therapy @ a crossfit gym & I'm also in the process of becoming a coach.
Anyways I will see what I can find for a solution. Joints work but the side effects are what I don't like. So I'm gonna try another source of the earth to sleep.
