And here I am ... telling you to go and touch some grass! When was the last time you left your phone, closed your eyes and let your mind go blank? When was the last time you touched some grass? When was the last time you forgot about your busy agenda and let your brain relax?
I decided to change, I want to change, and I am working hard to change. My constant hustle and overall presence in the Metaverse is just the result of toxic productivity. I work and write too much, just to keep myself busy and most of the time I forget to... touch some grass!
I stepped through the gateway and entered a world of freedom! Bugs were buzzing around, the wind was gently blowing and the leaves were rustling a symphony. I stepped into a land of fairies and legends, where the folklore meets the modern society!
FREEDOM! Fresh air, nature and freedom! This is the way! I took a sit on a wooden bench and did nothing! Phone in the pocket and eyes in the sky. I looked around and enjoyed the view. Closed my eyes for few seconds and when I opened them everything was brighter! Everything was clearer!
Whenever you walk around a beautiful place, just stop for few moments and admire the landscape. Walk more, allocate some extra minutes for the journey and this way you will be able to just stop and watch.
I ventured further into the woods, and encountered The Elder! The ancient tree is a reminder that beauty comes from within! His face was stoic but the message was easy to understand. Always go back to your roots when feeling down! Don't be shy to ask for help, and remember you're not indestructible. Take a break and touch some grass anon! I beg you!
