charcoal drawing


and it's my journey playing on board with my tiny charcoal pencil.

using brushes

i use brushes for charcoals , and it had a result on panel that i was more comfortable with ,then papers .

days ago i had a brief conversation with @thermoplastic ,he is one of my favorite artist's i follow his blog here . he used to make great textures , he had some good suggestions about charcoal drawing ,thanks again ..

using brushes with charcoal on panel: yes, I had done quite a few that way. You can also use erasers to work from dark to light (I really like kneaded erasers), and electric erasers for some effects.
