nope, it already existed on the internet, as it emerged from someone, still not sure who though. The idea of creative commons emerged because i still don't know if anyone "owns" this idea.....my thought is that no one owns the idea, but that it emerged organically....
it is a grate idea for an article, but I am not the best detective :))) but I think some of our slothicorns were on products like the blue badge , isn't that done by a steemit slothicorn ?
