I like to use cryptobridge for buying smartcash, if you have a bitshares or open ledger account you can use that to login. It's faster than normal exchanges.

Right, the availability has to grow. I have gotten mine on Monkeycoin and have seen them on Cryptopia as well.

I got mine on Cryptopia but i think they no longer offer SmartCash there.
