assuming you have enough to put in the smartnode and indeed the price stays flat then you will make good earnings
The thing that bothers me a bit though is the fact that the returns end up on your staking or node account. So every time you want to move some you disrupt the staking for a month
For me the staking is really nice and interesting but in the end coins and currency are there to be spent. If everyone just holds they will never spend them and it will be harder for the coin to get traction.

In SmartCash its best to have at least 2 different accounts. A spending account and staking account. You just estimate how many Smarts you'll will be generating over a period of time and keep those in a spending wallet. My main issue is not with Smart but Cryptopia exchange. This was the only liquid exchange to buy Smarts until recently and I had so many problems with them. The main weakness I see in Smart right now is the lack of large exchanges trading it. If this changes over the next few months like I think it will - Buckle up! Smart can end up blowing past the Moon to Mars! Fingers crossed.
true, i have been buying them now on crypto-bridge but i get that not everyone gets the decentralised exchange thing (I barely do but I manage) and its not easy and there isnt huge liquidity
So indeed, a major exchange will be a good thing
Im just happy to have gotten my 10k at a reasonable price of cents instead of dollars
