This is my design for the @SmartCash banner competition for June. I am using the different SmartBees as the motive to show the versatile SmartHive. I have developed the SmartBee with the illustration of @kayrex which was part of our official SmartCash proposal for the animated @smartbee videos.
Banner Design
The format is the extra large 2048x512 pixels to support all sorts of sizes. Steemit adjusts the banner depending on the browser size so this will work with 99% of all users without weird borders where there is empty space. The majority of people will see this banner quite a bit narrower when set as banner which is why I have moved the text so close to the bees.

Cool design. Could you make the bees more visible, more pronounced?
It automatically is much larger when set as banner because the top and bottom are cut of. The bees looks much more visible then. I have tested it on my own account it looked good.

Thanks, I was sitting way too long into the night on this one. I am not 100% happy about the full size version because it doesn't look very symmetric like this. But when set as a banner it looks much more condensed and I like it then.
