I've been researching cryptocurrencies to get into and as I was perusing through coinmarketcap, I found a very interesting coin. It was a coin that actually rewards you for holding in a very smart and efficient way, hence the name Smartcash. I believe this coin has much room to grow and the potential to change the world for the better.
What exactly is Smartcash? SmartCash is a community governance, cooperation & growth focused blockchain based currency & a decentralized economy.
Well historically, cryptocurrencies usually only reward the miners while ignoring the other participants involved in supporting the network. Smartcash looked to change all that with their idea that the community and the development should come first. 70% of the mining rewards are given to fund SmartHive community proposals and the Hive Teams. 15% goes to smart rewards, 10% goes to the smart nodes, and 5% of the rewards actually goes to the miners.
The smart rewards are given out to all holders of smartcash in amounts greater than 1000 at the 25th of every month. At its current price as of January 26, it would cost about 600 dollars to start receiving dividends. I think that's an amazing deal to start receiving consistent dividends every month, and since people are incentivized to hold onto smartcash, the price of the coin should increase due to the laws of supply and demand.
The SmartHive community proposals are also what I love about this coin and team. It allows people to submit their ideas to be funded by the community based on how many votes it gets whether that be feeding people in Venezuela or funding for more development. The community is very generous and all about helping the community grow. Every smartcash that you own counts as 1 vote so the whole community can get involved in proposing or voting. It's a true democracy.
Smartcash also takes privacy seriously as well implementing the zero coin protocol which allows your old coins to be burned for new ones with no history with the renew feature in the smartcash wallet. I dont know why people dont know more about this feature. I feel like people are always looking for the next privacy coin but this one is sitting right under their noses.
One thing I really love about smartcash is how fast it moves. When I use bitcoin, sometimes my transactions can take up to hours. I recently sent smartcash from my wallet to my friend's, it took less than 2 seconds. Crypto should be instant and traditional cryptocurrencies just aren't cutting it these days. Smartcash completely blew me away and I will forever be a HODLer.
