I really don’t like ordering goods online, cause have had to deal with so many issues,
I’m not able to track the goods on transit and also lack of effective customer service, this has really bothered me for a while, good to know there are still some organizations concerned about this major issue facing the logistics industry and are proposing a solution to fix this.
