Review of the Google pixel 4 and pixel 4 XL
Let's review the phone a bit,
Display:
The display of the both are good but the resolution of the pixel 4 is quite off considering it's a flagship smartphone. It has a 90Hz display which is really good,a total choice for gamers but the flaw of this 90Hz display is the battery consumption, Google says"it will automatically turn of, if the app running doesn't support it"
Performance:
The performance of this phone is nothing to be surprised about, it's just the same as other flagship phone which is very good the 4/6gb RAM is okay if the RAM optimization is good but the problem is the memory, despite the small ROM Google did not create room for external storage slot, that is not so flagship like, I don't like that idea at all despite all that the phone is good.
Design:
The design of this phone is good, it is built with quality,it has a gorilla glass 5 front/back and an aluminum frame which is really cool, when you talk about aesthetic, Google really focused on that area, I love the oh so orange variant of this phone, it's really beautiful.
Camera:
Talking about the camera, how can a flagship smartphone not come with a wide angle camera, even mid-range smartphones have wide angle camera, what was Google thinking, I'm totally not a fan of that idea, wide angle camera is what most people love about camera in Smartphones these days. Inspite of that, the phone camera is really good, the selfie camera is good too, it shoots really great shots.
The battery of the pixel 4 is not okay at all,in 2019 a 2800mAh battery for a flagship smartphone, I don't like that idea, how long will the battery last with that 90Hz display, well the good thing is that you can turn of the 90Hz in the display options. As for the pixel 4 XL the battery is good.
In the end the only flaw of these phones is the fact that they don't have wide angle camera and the pixel 4 battery is too small.
