Life After an Otterbox - What Case is Better?

A Short Rant

The Way Phone Cases Save My Day!

Being a Android and Performance connoisseur I naturally have to invest in a decent case for my device to prevent the insane screens we have from cracking during daily wear and tear. I am quite rough with my belongs so I naturally purchase an Otterbox for any mobile device I have.

I recently dropped my phone and the otterbox was cracked, but not my screen. So this signified the end of protection that Defender Model could offer me. It survived 10 to 15 falls with a note 8 only cracking once on a cement floor.
Now I have a $5 no name box with credit card slot on it, I dont use the credit slot and I am sweating bullets anticipating my first drop.

** if I were to buy a new phone case for my Galaxy Note 8, is there any you would recommend over the OtterBox Defender?**

Otter box is my armour of choice

Posted using Partiko Android

I usually use an otterbox, but I have been looking for something different.

Had the i-blason ares series for my last 2 samsungs, they are superior in every way to otterbox, thoug slimmer they're more durable, nicer design that doesn't hide your precious flagship and even cheaper! you can believe me, I operate heavy machinery my phone is on my lap most the time and I drop it an average 3 times a day 😗.

I don't work with heavy machinery but I do work in various locations all the time that I'm constantly dropping my phone on hard surfaces from cement to tile floors. So thanks for the heads up and I'm going to definitely check this case out because I've been in the market for something less bulky than the OtterBox and you appear to have found the exact case I'm looking for.
