The most affected area of MRT-7 construction is COMMONWEALTH AVENUE. There was a heavy traffic on both ways as you can see on the photo. If you are residing within the vicinity of Quezon City area, you should ready your extra patience ahead of heavy traffic. This is a common scenario everyday.
