It's not every day that you see a brand new supermarket opening. So this was a pretty nice market to share for #marketfriday initiated by @dswigle
This new market is on the ring road around St.Ives in Cambridgeshire. All photographs were taken using my #smartphone in high dynamic range (HDR mode). This gives much crisper sharper images but you have to hold the phone/camera very still for a few seconds. It was just like being in the old days of photography :)
Plenty of parking space and good access for people with children and for people with disabilities. There is a cafe right by the entrance which serves good coffee and a range of meals from breakfast to light lunches.
They have laid out part of the store to look like a tradtional'ish street market with individual 'market' stalls.
We passed by the bakery and found something that we have never seen before. A foot long sausage roll? They were very tasty :)...and probably incredibly fattening?
The staff were very friendly and helpful and if there was a star rating on steemit. This place would get 5 stars as they have really paid attention to the needs of parents with children and the disabled. The sign below caught my attention.

It really looks new...thanks for sharing this
It's just opened a couple of weeks. Good to have some competition for a change. Prices are very good.
What a nice layout that your Market has! I like it's brand new so very clean. I make my own sausage rolls but I don't think I've ever seen one so big.
How fortunate to have someone in ice markets at your fingertips. Thanks for taking us along and I hope that you have a wonderful weekend. Thanks again for joining us in Market Friday. It's always good to see you.
Upped and steemed
Tip!
They really have thought out the space very carefully. It was an actual pleasure to walk around in.
The sausage rolls were just huge lol not exactly finger food size :)
Thanks for the tip! Denise. :)

That's a cool layout for a supermarket - and great pics!
Thanks @dmcamera the HDR mode really seems to produce much richer images but you have to stay very still when shooting as any movement and you get blurs.
What a nice market you have there!
BTW- you did a great job on dying your own hair! I haven't tried that yet :-)
It's pretty well laid out for a small supermarket. Usually they are rammed with products. This place was very spacious by comparison.
The hair dye thing was an experiment that lasted about two months. I filmed the whole process and it was a lot of fun. I learned a lot from it.

Hi @molometer! You have received 0.1 SBD tip from @dswigle!Good old Morrisons!
It's the first time I've been in a Morrisons in years.
It is so much more than I remember of the old shops. Great value too.
