Virus and malware is not a new thing but the scary thing is that the virus, malware or any kinds of malicious attacks are becoming more aggressive, strong and it's really hard to detect, but still we can tell if our smartphone has been attack by malware or virus by checking the list that I provided below.

Of course we need to be aware what apps that is installed in our smartphone. If you spotted any unwanted application you must delete it right away.Popping gift icon on your smartphone screen
It's annoying if you see icon dancing in your screen and if you click it, it will install app to your smartphone and this is not good because it install app without your permission. To get rid of this thing is just go to your settings check in your app settings if the icon gift is running to your system and you should able to stop it.Unwanted activities happening to your smartphones.
In this case you might need to turn on your app permission on your settings for you to know if your app doing something else something like reading contacts, messages or even opening your camera. By turning on your app permission you can check the activities of your app.You cannot turn of your WiFi or Bluetooth because it has been disabled by the malware or virus. This is scary because the attacker can access your smartphone whenever you are connected to the internet. These cases are their smartphone has been rooted. If you experience this kind of abnormal behavior of your smartphone you must revert it into it's original state.
Some settings might not available to other smartphone but mostly available to android phones. But don't be sad because every smartphone has their own security settings so you can check what your smartphone can do to protect your privacy. But of course we don't much depend on our smartphone for our security but we must know how to protect ourselves for these kinds of cyber attacks.
