Addiction

a.k.a repeating habits that make you feel good in the short term.
The moment you stop, quick dopamine release is gone.
Your brain gets hungry for this chemical

TIP

To stop smoking you've to make a trade with your self.

Trading a bad habit > for a bad habit is not a good idea

People tend to go to sugar or other destructive action to run away from smoking

When we lose a habit that feels good we feel like:

  • Something has been stolen
  • Someone took your guilty pleasure away
  • Like you've been robbed

But,

What if we tell you'll get something in return

How do you feel now?

The world that we live in is 50/50, It's never something for nothing.

Or does Santa really exist?

We leave this in the middle ;) You tell us.

Habits to think about

  • Running
  • Fitness
  • Sex
  • Luxury food
  • Chillin with people who don't repeat the habits you're addicted to

WHY?

Dopamine is released during smoking. If your brain finds a way to release this chemical. You have got your solution. `

We quit 6 months ago. And we were cannabis lovers too.
We never looked back.

With the money we saved, we went on holiday To Turkey TWICE this year 😀.

Good luck to everyone trying to quit this habit!

Smoking thrills but kills !

I just started my cessation about 3 weeks ago in the beginning of December. It's a struggle, trying to fight off the mental and physical cravings of it.

I'm keeping some what of a journal on my page about this, and literally just published my first post when I saw this one!!!

Thanks for the quick tips on keeping at staying smoke free. I'll be sure to try some as soon as possible so I can be a quitter.
