I thought I would share with you my favourite vegan smoothie recipe, I often drink this for lunch and it keeps me powered up all day.
Blend all ingredients in a nutri bullet or vitamix
- 2 frozen bananas (the best way to freeze bananas is to wait for them to get brown spots, peel, slice and freeze, I always keep a store of them in the freezer)
*handful fresh spinach
*tablespoon of peanut butter
teaspoon of irish moss gel ( This is totally optional it's just a great way to get natures botox into your diet)
2 scoops of Markus protein powder ( This is my favourite vegan protein powder it IS very expensive and for that reason I debated over starting on it for. along time, but it really is the best one i have had to date, it also makes me eat a lot less food, like my body no longer needs as much so it doesn't actually cost me more over time, check the link here http://markusrothkranz.com/online-store/wildforce/protein.html)
I then topped up with nut milk ( I am very careful which nut milks I use, for this i used hazlenut milk and oat milk but I always check my milks have no added sugar or extra ingredients such as carrageenan)
Hope you enjoy :)

Thanks for the recipe. Can I ask, what is irish moss gel? What are you getting out of it?
This is a pretty good video on it

I believe it also tells you how to make it :)
It helps to plump out the face among a number of other benefits. It doesn't rly taste if anything but not that nice so I sneak it into smoothies and you can't taste it
Mmmm
