I must have missed this lost yesterday but after seeing your post earlier, I am trying to read up a bit on SMTs and the potential they bring to the Steemit platform as a whole. A lot of the things you bring up I hadn't thought about. You really played out the progression as we move forward, along with potential pitfalls that could arise. It's people like you that make my faith in this platform that much stronger. Knowing that there are people debating, planning and those individuals have the power to make changes because of the way everything is set up.
I hadn't thought about the launching of SMTs and that you will need some with power to distribute the reward pool. Having not been around when this site was launched, that never occurred to me that in the beginning everyone has nothing and someone or something needs to being the process. It's really got my head going and I hope to be able to add something useful to the discussion as I process all the info I just read. Thanks again for all your insight and starting the discussion on how to handles certain problems if they arise.
