Great idea! It is a little daunting (and frustrating) at times trying to understand and work within the established culture and language of steemit. This helps a lot.
Have you looked at booking a slot on MSP Waves Radio. Another Steemit Group involved in helping new members. It's streamed in conjunction with Discord (chatroom) and Twitch.
