In a rare event in Russia, people noticed snowy snow with blue color from the sky. Local authorities in St. Peters-burg sent a sample of pollutants to the lab, following popular reports and a snow-captured snowflake.
One of the probabilities of this is the presence of metal particles such as cobalt (a kind of white metal) or materials used to fertilize the clouds.
