I woke up this morning to the sound of my niece and one of my daughters looking out the window and shrieking with delight because it’s snowing! We haven’t been outside to play with the kids yet, but our furry little friend Bash had to go sniff out a trail in the snow :)
Winter isn’t exactly my favorite seasons, but there’s something exciting and somewhat magical about watching the snow fall. I’m excited to go outside and play with the kiddos!
Its not snowing very hard, but here’s a short video of the flurries coming down!
Awesome snow photography and video, Bash looking so cute, Thanks for sharing @melodyrussell
Thank you ☺️ Bash is our little buddy and he seemed to like the snow a lot!
I like winter more than summer. It looked like it would snow here in Kathmandu as well but it didn't. But, the cold is nevertheless unbearable. Despite that, I still like winter instead of summer. Looks like Bash had some good time :)
I’m sure wintertime is beautiful in Nepal and I bet the cooler temperatures are nice :) Bash had fun in the snow for sure! :)
Very beautiful, indeed! You should visit sometime! :)
I would love to! One of these days maybe :)
Very nice post @melodyrussell, I do not know what your animal name is, but I like her, she looks very beautiful and cute. I also have a pet cat at home. Speaking of snow I really like the snow but in my nagara there is no snow, I have big dream to be able to holiday to snow country, sometime in the future. Thanks @melodyrussell for sharing
Thank you! ☺️ The dog’s name is Bastian but we like to call him “Bash” for short.
I hope you will get the chance to travel and see snow! It’s very beautiful.
Nice name and suitable for him, it looks cool. I also really hope that way, maybe someday I have the money to go see the snow. Thank you again for those of you who have a passion for me.
Not enough to toboggan on. Cold enough for skating?
I think we only got a little over an inch total. It froze over nicely so we probably could have done some sledding but me and the girls all got sick :( My little one said “Why did this have to happen to me on a snow day?!?” Poor thing. I was hoping it would stick around for the weekend, but looks like temperatures are on the rise.
Aww. Poor dear. Getting sick on a snow day is no fun at all.
Bash!!!! I am in love! I'm glad you guys get to play with the snow. It is quite magical when you get the first snowfall, but when it sticks around for 6 months, you're just so done with it. ahahah
Haha, I’m usually sick of it after a few days, so luckily the Missouri weather never stays the same for long!
Aww, look at his little snow beard!
It was so cute! He still had to go chase his squirrels and bunnies! :)
