I hope not. The pain of being an Arsenal fan has no end. Just when we brought in Lacazette and Kolasniac everything seemed to be fine. But we were wrong. It's was another wave of being let down, and now the crises seem to be imminent. Rumours surrounding that Sanchez wants to leave, and to back it up, even the players want him to leave. These last 24 hours of the transfer window will see if these were just rumours or not. Besides from that Oxlade Chamberlain is set to leave to Liverpool. I don't blame him. I would do the same. The departure of Oxlade is fine. If we can cash in 40m £ it would be a great sale, so I'm cool with that. The problem arises when the rumours say we won't buy a replacement. So let us consider we don't buy a replacement and we continue playing 3-4-3. That leaves us with Bellerin and Kolasniac on the wingbacks. I can live with that. But imagine if Bellerin gets injured. Who the fuck do we have to replace him? Debuchy. Holy fuck. If Kolasniac gets injured, we can surely play Monreal which is not the worst, but then that would mean that our central three backs will be Koscielny, Mustafi and Holding/Mertesacker. This is of course if Mustafi stays, who is strongly rumoured to Inter. For me, only Koscielny is good enough. The rest is simply not good enough.
Xhaka, Ramsey, Coquelin, Wilshere, Elneny are supposed to be our central midfielders. Even for an Everton fan this would be disappointing. Where is the creative midfielder we surely need? Ever since Cazorla got injured we have played like a bag of potatoes. We need a creative midfielder, a central back, a replacement for Ox, and there is only 24 hours left in the transfer window. What the fuck is going on at Arsenal?

The club's management is obviously too complacent and that's why they kept Wenger who seems to be uninspired too. It's painfully apparent that drastic change is needed but the board are simply not brave enough to get on with it. It's going to be a hard season for Arsenal and their fans for sure.
I can't believe the club have let things get this bad. I have no issue with players leaving but NOT on deadline day and NOT without a 'replacement'. Without Cazorla we look toothless, Ozil is a waste of space and I'm not sure what Xhaka's role is in the team. Worrying times ahead. Wenger has completely lost the plot!!
I agree. That we havn't brought in a replacement for both Cazorla and Oxlade is insane. Top 4 looks unlikely to happen now.
