Social Media - Good or Bad?

After spending countless hours on a social media's I started thinking about my experience with social media, was it good or bad? Well after thinking about this for a few days I am unable to pick a side. Even after doing some research I'am still left looking for an answer.

I've read online and experienced many negative effects such as; Addiction, Isolation, Privacy, Decreased Productivity,
Cyber Bulling, False Connection. This list can go on and on. Personally I have experienced many of these and have been able to overcome them.

I've also read and experienced many of the great things with social media such as; Connection, Learn new things, Jobs, Entertainment. You get the point social media has many positive effects but are the able to cancel out the negative?

Overall I've had my ups and downs with social media's and I assume many people are like me in that case. So what are your guy's thoughts on social media? Feel free to leave them bellow I read and respond to everyone!
