I haven't dug into the project or have i read the white paper (yet) but this short article sounds like it could be great . Only thing it would definitely need some way to sort out the scammers i have found that for every good hearted great person their is an opposite out there preying on the good hearted to funnel in funds to them they absolutely dont deserve. Helping others is a great thing this will probably need to be addressed to become successful. Inside most people they are willing to help but with so many scams out there people are becoming less generous because now days its hard to tell who to help and who not.
