Thank you for reading and sharing your thoughts, Bob. The political posturings were just in a practice run last year. I think this year, things are going to get more intense as the divide between the vax vs the no-jabs grow and the demand for vaccine passports and mandatory/compulsory vaccinations come into play.
This crisis did not go to waste. Its a windfall for some and disaster for many. I came across this penny video recently that put things in perspective. Its comforting and sobering.
We are just at the beginning. People cannot work or go to school without the experimental vaccine. Will families call for home services to visit family members that haven't taken the jab? Will neighbors report if they find their neighbors are not vaxxed? People on nextdoor complain and share photos of neighbors walking their dog or biking without a mask on. Its sad and scary. I remember when people would just post that their lemon tree is fruiting and that they want people to come over. I miss neighbors being neighborly and the random chat with a stranger. Fear of changed society.
Its not far off to think that eventually people will be barred from being part of society, perhaps cutting access to bank and travel. Liberties lost are not easily regained. I'd like to hope that we don't get to that point. If we do, I hope people are willing to make a stand.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.

Vaccine is the mark of the beast? 🤓 said in jest. I feel ya...It seems there will always be a party that doesn't just settle for wanting things a certain way, they are determined to make people do what they want...
