Soil is the great doctor of naturopathy it absorbs whole the trash and makes itself pure whatever is burried underground converts into soil. Different parts of countries has different types of soil. Soil should be clean from where it is taken. Soil should be taken from the place where sunlight is enough and it is taken at least 2-2.5 foot from underground. This soil should be bright in sunlight and should be cleanned properly.
Soil taken from termite houses are very effective in treatments.
For bathing and washing head Fullers Earth (Multani Mitti).
Types of Soil (Mitti) :-
There are differet types of soil which can be used according to treatment.
Sandy- It has largest particles than other soils. It is dry
Silti :- It has much smaller particles than sandy soil. It is smooth in texture. When we moist the soil its soaky. When we roll it in between fingures dirt is left there.
Clay :- This type of soil has the smallest particles. It has good water storage. Due to tinny particles it binds very nicely. Clay soil is cold and in spring it takes time to warm since the water in it.
Peeatry :- This soil is dark brown in colour. Soft and easily compressed due to its highly water content. This soil is rich in organic matter.
Salin Soil :- It is extremely dry. It is brakish because of its salt content.
Black Soil :- It is obtanied from the cracks during dryness this is black in colour.
Forest & Hill Soil :- These type of soil occurs in hilly areas and forests.
- Red Soil :- It is red in colour and very light in texture.
