When there is a big celebration in my town, it's not a question of what to eat, wr know.:-)

Roast is eaten!

The only question is: whether to eat roast pork or roast lamb.

My choice is this: I eat some roast pork first, then I switch to roast lamb. With the indispensable fresh cabbage salad.
