I'm finally enjoying a hearty dinner that makes me instantly feel like it's the weekend. I'm not sure how many of you enjoy okra, but I really am. Simple but very nourishing, this is my haddock and okra stew.

I really like okra. My grandfather grew it in Texas. Ive also picked it. You have to wear gloves because they make your skin itch when you touch it
