It's only to suggest that it shouldn't appear on the NM front end because it's unclear that music is medicine - as Skramatters says below, a little more detail about what you mean by 'music as medicine' might have made this qualify as a true #naturalmedicine post. You'll find it hasn't affected your Steem rewards at all. It's important that the tag is used in the way it is intended as the front end invites outsiders in who might be confused at why a music video (however gorgeous!!!) might be a Natural Medicine post. You are right about the 'why' though - that's why we have the appeals channel in our Discord.
