Ingredients
Frozen fruit(i used half strawberrys half cherries
Some milk any kind(i used semi skimmed milk)
Ice(any brand)
Directions
First fill 3/4 of your smoothie cup fill of frozen fruit
Then add some ice to the top
Then add as much milk as you possibly can to the top
Blend
Scoop into a bowl
ENJOY !
(It may need some advusting ans shaking to make sure it blends well)
