Eskom must be the only manufacturer in the world that discourages its users from using their product because they're incapable of producing sufficient stock! Greed, ignorance, no forward planning, greed again, one can go on and on!
I'm proudly South African but when one sees the infrastructure crumbling all around - roads, water supply, policing, health, education, housing and so forth - this government has failed horrifically!
