Hey there,
since last post, there happened two launches, and Russia did a space walk outside ISS:
CASC Long March 2D: Zhangheng-1
A total of 7 payloads were lifted to orbit by recent sixth Chinese launch of this year.
Main payload was the Zhangheng-1:
The Zhangheng-1 (ZH-1) – also known as China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite (CSES) – was developed by the Chinese Academy of Space Technology (CAST) and is based on the CAST2000 bus.
The 6 remaining satellites are: GomX-4A (Ulloriaq), GomX-4B, Fengmaniu-1, Shaonian Xing, NuSat-4 ‘Ada’ (Aleph-1 4) and NuSat-5 ‘Maryam’ (Aleph-1 5).

The purpose of ZH-1 is predicting earthquakes using precurses in ionosphere.
For a very detailed in-depth description of Zhangheng-1, see NASA SpaceFlight or SpaceFlight NOW, where you can read a lot about the secondary payloads, too!
JAXA SS-520: TRICOM-1R
With the launch of the 3kg (7lb) CubeSat, the modified SS-520 became the smallest satellite launcher of the world. The student built TRICOM carries an earth-imaging camera.
This was the second launch attempt, after a failure in 2017.
More information as always here and here!
ISS spacewalk
Anton Shkaplerov and Alexander Misurkin conducted another russion spacewalk on ISS in order to install a new antenna electonics box.
Due to a hardware problem with the antenna deployment, the EVA took 8:13 h, setting a new record for russian ISS EVAs (formerly 8:07 h).
