In just a couple of minutes of searching the internet you'll find video after video, article after article claiming that the whole space X launching of Elon Musk's Midnight Cherry Roadster into space was fake. People say, while a rocket went up, it didn't penetrate the earth's atmosphere (cause it couldn't have) and it's sure not floating in space right now. It's claimed that what you're seeing right here is a glitch that revealed Tesla's CGI studio and that everything in the background is CGId.
People also claim that the rocket boosters that seemed to land in sync with each other with such precision that you see here, are CGI'd. Personally, I'm not expert in rockets or rocket re-entry systems or space travel. But I compiled this video from several different vantage points of the same landing. One of the videos is taken from what appears to be a professional photographer, possibly highered by the Space Exploration company and a couple taken from independent observers. The landing seem legit to me.
Regardless of whether or not we believe some of this stunt was CGI'd, we also have to see what we get out of funding this through our taxes. So...what do we get in return for paying for private companies like Elon's? Here's my take on it:
1- Inspiration for a future generation of innovators.
2- Belief in being able to reach the stars.
3- Ideas for entrepreneurs on how to use wacky advertising to cross-promote your products.
4- Ideas on how to sell your products with gigantic propaganda
While I would much rather keep my money, at least this company taking my tax money gives something (even if its fake) in return. Most of other companies that take government money don't give anything in return, but instead use the money taken from the government to further enslave us (i.e., Banks).
Anyway...as for me...I would rather keep my money and us it as I see fit.
Nice post. People are looking at Tesla company and Elon Musk from the wrong point of view, and you nailed it about their wastefulness and tax thievery. Also, shooting rockets from the ground is stupid. Just float them to the top of the atmospheric ocean first then launch.
People will see you walking on water and tell you you're doing that because you can't swim. There's just no pleasing them. Instead of acknowledging such an extraordinary feet they'd rather call it's bluff
Well, if it is a bluff, there is no glorious feat to acknowledge.
The term "Hater" applies to such people.
I prefer the term "Realist". Because you question does not make you a hater. Sure, I could just accept everything the proven liars say. Sure I could just believe the narrative of the proven fabricators of stories in the media. But that would make me stupid, not "not a hater". So, save your labels please.
tremendous discharge of rockets
It is ridiculous that private companies are propped up by the government, and yet they do not ever pay back the people, just demand more and more money to do what they do for the profit of a very few people at the top.
Ha! In his own words " you can tell it's real cause it looks soooo FAKE." ??? Says it all to me. Since when did we develope rockets that could return/land in sync? Formost I find it hard to believe that anyone with this kind of money would just throw it away to orbit a car in space? People with money don't just throw it away or not the one's I've encountered. Hell they could buy, say for instance the restaurant they're eating at, but would rather complain to get a discount than pay their bill. I did watch some of the footage of the car in space on YT when this all came about and found it odd that earth in the background didn't seem to rotate when I watched? Hey then again maybe this all happened just like it was told........ I really can't say either way since I'm only involved from gathering info and not being involved.
Awesome videos, keep up the good work. Wake up as many as you can!
These "Frankin-buisnesses" a mish mash of private & "government" funded. That also means the state also has controle in that buisness. Not awsome & it's a rip off of the tax payers.
Though you are probably right and I think the government shouldn't fund anything (taxation is theft) technically spacex is saving the taxpayers money because they are launching rockets significantly cheaper than nasa ever did.
We're in full agreement on taxation, it is theft. It matters not the price, there is no such thing as "saving the taxpayers money".
Exactly. A few days back I had almost the exact same argument.
Great video as always. :)
I should probably do more research, but there must be an awful lot of fuel in those rockets to defy gravity twice, with more to spare. I'm sure its all a bit fishy.
As for Musk, I just think NASA has passed the torch because private companies do not have to bow to public scrutiny (not that NASA was open anyway, but I think they were sick of feeling the heat). So the money is being channeled to him to show us bread and circuses and in return I'm sure he'll 'work with NASA' to send stuff up for them.
Its a great shell game to watch, but ultimately all they've done is released the same game with better graphics.
I think we’re in an intergalactic war and there not telling us .
