A huge Earth size storm has been forming on Neptune near it's equator.
These photos where taken on Mauna Kea, Hawaii and truly beautiful from a distance. Scientists are still baffled and how it originally formed and has been staying steady for over a month now.

Someday i will live there :)
In a cloud of hydrogen and helium? Try not to light a match there...
Who knows what will be possible in the future :)

Those are beautiful never thought a storm on another planet can look such beautiful.
Have a look at the Great Red Spot of Jupiter, also very beautiful!
I will check it.
'Earth size storm': My mind is trying to imagine it, but I just can't.. Our world is such amazing.
Photos or images? There is a big difference.
What are all the white specs that kind of look like stars? We shouldn't see stars in front of a "planet". These specs aren't present in the other "photos" with perfect black background cut around a perfect sphere.
Thanks for bringing it up. The scientists are baffled by all of these storms, as I remember reading or watching somewhere :-)
