Comment Farming Report 10/22/2017

I'm doing away with the "Downvote Party" title for now. It was never meant to be a daily post. I'm also changing the payout on these reports to 100% SP. It's obvious to me that even with the help of the community removing these payouts without more delegation will become impossible if I don't power up the account.

This list includes two group. The first and highest payout farm is a group of about 800 accounts in total I believe. The second one I added today is only about 10 accounts. I've manually checked all of these but as always - If you find I've made an error contact @patrice ASAP!

I'm going to use the #steemit tag for this post since I believe comment & post spam is directly relevant to the website. If you disagree let me know. I'm always on the fence when using that tag.

I'll post the 'downvote party rules' for those who have the VP to help combat this abuse.

This right here is the reason this idea of other coins being built on top of the steemit platform is a joke. No one is going to want to start a coin that attracts an army of spammers. Without a better system for defeating spam Steemit can never be successful.
