Vamos con otra cerveza de la que para mí es la revelación de lo que llevamos de 2024. se trata de los canadienses de Badlands Brewing Company.
A las ya míticas cerveceras del país norteamericano, como Bellwoods, Flying Monkeys, Collective arts, Les trois mousquetaires, Dieu du Ciel, Nickel Brook... Se han sumado nuevas marcas como: Brasserie du Bas, Wood Brothers, Brasserie Sir John, Third moon o la propia Badlands que hoy os muestro que han hecho crecer el nivel cervecero del país exponencialmente.

Esta es la quinta cerveza de una serie denominada "Spotlight Caledon" (habrá que intentar probar las otras cuatro) que tienen como denominador común mostrar las zonas naturales más atractivas del área de Caledon. Glenn Haffy es una zona de colinas y bosques cerca de Niagara y no se le puede hacer mejor tributo, ya que la cerveza está deliciosa.
Los notas a mandarina y mango se funden con un amargor suave pero persistente. Excelente equilibrio. La malta también está muy presente. Color amarillento muy turbio y una espuma contundente que te acompañará hasta el final.
Una excelente cerveza.

This is the fifth beer in a series called "Spotlight Caledon" (you'll have to try the other four) whose common denominator is to showcase the most attractive natural areas of the Caledon area. Glenn Haffy is an area of hills and forests near Niagara and no better tribute can be paid to it, as the beer is delicious.
Notes of mandarin and mango merge with a soft but persistent bitterness. Excellent balance. The malt is also very present. Very cloudy yellowish color and a strong foam that will accompany you until the end.
