Son muchas las cervezas de SOMA Beer que he probado y he escrito aquí mucho sobre ello. Vaya por delante que su calidad es innegable, en mi opinión es la mejor cervecera de España y casi de Europa en lo que a cervezas de estilo IPA de corte moderno se refiere. Apenas recuerdo si he visto en su inmenso catálogo cuatro cervezas que no sean IPA, una lager y dos o tres negras. Eso sí, sigo opinando que son todas muy parecidas. Excelentes, sí. Pero prácticamente calcos de las misma receta cambiando los lúpulos. En ocasiones aburre. Pero he de reconocer que siempre vuelvo a probarlas pasado un tiempo y me siguen enamorando.
SOMA beer fue fundada por Gabriel Sierra y rápidamente se convirtió en un referente a nivel nacional y europeo. Su stock limitado al principio, convirtió sus cervezas en productos buscados con mucho ahínco. Actualmente con unas instalaciones más amplias y modernas, producen una cantidad de cerveza mayor y todos los meses aparecen entre cuatro y ocho cervezas nuevas listas para degustar. Eso sí, su diseño minimalista me hace estallar la cabeza. Si son parecidas sus cervezas, sus nombres y diseños todavía lo son más y uno ya no sabe si ha probado una cerveza u otra. Una locura.

Esta NEIPA de 6.5º de alcohol presenta un color amarillo turbio, marca de la casa y un aroma frutal que más hace recordar a un zumo que a una cerveza.
El primer sorbo lleva a tu boca los sabores a mango, piña y cítricos, culminando en un final amargo bastante suave pero duradero.
Una vez más la excelencia en el estilo.

I've tried many SOMA Beer beers, and I've written extensively about them here. First of all, their quality is undeniable. In my opinion, they're the best brewery in Spain, and almost in Europe, when it comes to modern IPA-style beers. I can barely remember if I've seen four non-IPA beers in their vast catalog: a lager and two or three stouts. That said, I still think they're all very similar. Excellent, yes. But they're practically copies of the same recipe, with just a few hops. Sometimes it gets boring. But I must admit that I always come back to them after a while, and I still fall in love with them.
SOMA Beer was founded by Gabriel Sierra and quickly became a benchmark nationally and Europeanly. Their limited stock at first turned their beers into highly sought-after products. Nowadays, with larger and more modern facilities, they produce a larger quantity of beer, and between four and eight new beers appear every month, ready to be tasted. That said, their minimalist design blows my mind. If their beers are similar, their names and designs are even more so, and you can't tell if you've tried one beer or the other. Crazy.
Meme's Tasting Notes
This 6.5% NEIPA has a cloudy yellow color, a signature of the brand, and a fruity aroma that's more reminiscent of a juice than a beer.
The first sip brings flavors of mango, pineapple, and citrus to your mouth, culminating in a fairly mild but long-lasting bitter finish.
Once again, excellence in style.
Highly recommended and suitable for all audiences.
Soy amante de la cerveza, de hecho, es la única bebida con alcohol que consumo, pero, está no la he probado nunca.
Veo que tiene 6.5 grados y por el color es una cerveza clara, pero fuerte y me gusta así.
Trataré de buscarla para probarla.
