Hoy os muestro la cervecera "Murder DDH DIPA" de Caleya. Una de las cerveceras artesanas más longevas de España que siempre se han caracterizado por una gran calidad y un precio muy razonable.
Fue fundada en 2012 en Rioseco, en el Parque Natural de Redes, Asturias. En 2017, cambió su sede a La Felguera, en el municipio de Langreo, Su seña de identidad es el uso del agua de los manantiales del alto Valle del Nalón. Su nombre, "Caleya" proviene del lenguaje astur y significa "camino de monte". Su logotipo presenta un urogallo, ave típica de la zona y que desgraciadamente está en peligro de extinción.
La cerveza es una DIPA contundente y muy sabrosa. Fácil de beber pese a sus 8º y llena de matices. EL DDH o doble dry hopping le aporta un aroma increíble que incita a beber.
Gran variedad de lúpulos. en concreto: Cryo HBC 630, Cryo Citra, Cryo El Dorado y
Nelson Sauvin. Su sabor es muy frutal, mango. maracuyá y melocotón en armonía, Coronados por un final amargo, seco y suave.
Una excelente cerveza una vez más.
Today I'm showing you the "Murder DDH DIPA" brewery from Caleya. One of the longest-standing craft breweries in Spain, they have always stood out for their high quality and very reasonable prices.
They were founded in 2012 in Rioseco, in the Redes Natural Park, Asturias. In 2017, they moved their headquarters to La Felguera, in the municipality of Langreo. Their hallmark is the use of water from the springs of the upper Nalón Valley. Their name, "Caleya," comes from the Asturian language and means "mountain path." Their logo features a capercaillie, a typical bird of the area that is unfortunately in danger of extinction.
The beer is a strong and very flavorful DIPA. Easy to drink despite its 8º and full of nuances. The DDH (double dry hopping) gives it an incredible aroma that invites you to drink.
A wide variety of hops. Specifically: Cryo HBC 630, Cryo Citra, Cryo El Dorado, and Nelson Sauvin. Its flavor is very fruity, with mango, passion fruit, and peach in harmony, crowned by a bitter, dry, and smooth finish.
An excellent beer once again.
