Vamos con otra cerveza de los barceloneses Garage Beer Co. En esta ocasión no se trata de una cerveza del nuevo lote del Garage Beer Club que recibo todos los meses. Sino de una reedición que ya se va convirtiendo en una grata sorpresa todos los años.
Se trata de la Ziplocked 25. Una NEIPA (New England India Pale Ale) de manual que no deja indiferente.
Lo primero decir que se trata de una colaboración, pero en esta ocasión no es con otra marca cervecera, sino con una marca de lúpulos. Algo que se está convirtiendo en habitual y que personalmente me encanta. La especialización en el sector del cultivo de lúpulo es algo muy bueno que solo puede traer más calidad e innovación al mundo cervecero.
La empresa es Doble R Hop Ranches. Una institución en este mundillo.
En esta cuarta edición de la Ziplocked el protagonista es el lúpulo Citra. De ahí que los sabores cítricos sean la nota dominante. Directamente des de el valle de Yakima en EE.UU llegó el lúpulo más conocido del mundo para elaborar esta cerveza.
Muy frutal, mucho aroma y realmente muy fácil de beber. La frescura del producto contribuye a que los sabores sean más contundentes y duraderos.

Let's go with another beer from Barcelona's Garage Beer Co. This time, it's not a beer from the new Garage Beer Club batch I receive every month. But rather a reissue that's becoming a pleasant surprise every year.

In this fourth edition of Ziplocked, the protagonist is Citra hops. Hence, the citrus flavors are the dominant note. The world's most famous hops are sourced directly from the Yakima Valley in the U.S. to make this beer.
Very fruity, full of aroma, and truly easy to drink. The freshness of the product contributes to stronger, longer-lasting flavors.
