CARTA A LA VIDA
Sin pedirlo me regalaste el primer respiro,
nada a cambio te dí y una familia recibí,
el manual nunca recibí, me confundí,
a pesar de los errores aprendí, y seguí.
Aprecié el don de vivir, mi vida y la de otros,
jamás en riesgo expuse mi alma, la respeto,
disfrutar con calma no es ser aburrido,
es reconocer que tenemos limites impuestos,
que cada paso puede ser el ultimo momento.
Hoy a los noventa, pisando el final del día,
doy gracias a la vida, incluso a las agonías,
me han dado valiosas enseñanzas,
porque las moralejas también son alegrías,
te ayudan a entender el verdadero sentido
del significado de lo qué es vida.
