Ya mi hija menor tiene 14 meses de nacida y aún la estoy alimentando con leche materna, a pesar de las críticas que he recibido de algunos familiares y amigos (que insisten que ya la leche materna no la alimenta), estoy convencida que ha sido la mejor decisión que he tomado, mi hija es muy sana, son inumerables los beneficios para su salud.
La Organización Mundial de la Salud recomienda amamantar por lo menos durante los primeros 2 años de vida del bebé y esa es mi meta.
