Hello hive friends, happy day, today I want to share with you this delicious preparation of stir-fried rice with spicy chorizo and calabresa.
Ingredientes Utilizados:
° Arroz
° chorizo
°calabresa
° Salsa de soya, Inglesa y de ajo
° Aliños (cebolla, aji,)
°sal
°aceite
Ingredients Used: ° Rice ° chorizo °Calabrian ° Soy, English and garlic sauce ° Dressings (onion, chili,) °salt °oil

Lo primero que haremos es lavar y picar los aliños y el chorizo, luego lo colocamos en un sarten a fuego bajo le agregamos un poquito de aceite y dejamos sofreir bien los aliños. Cuando ya los aliños este bien sofritos le agregamos el chorizo y la calabresa
The first thing we will do is wash and chop the seasonings and chorizo, then place it in a frying pan over low heat, add a little oil and let the seasonings fry well. When the seasonings are well sautéed, add the chorizo and calabresa.
Luego le agregamos la salsas de soya, ajo y inglesa seguidamente medimos nuestro arroz lo agregamos poco a poco y dejamos que se sofria bien el arroz junto con los demas ingredientes
Then we add the soy, garlic and English sauces, then we measure our rice, add it little by little and let the rice fry well along with the other ingredients.
Cuando el arroz este bien sofrito le añadimos las tazas de aguas que corresponde segun la cantidad de arroz que hemos echo dejamos cocinar a fuego lento hasta que el arroz este bien cosido
When the rice is well fried, we add the cups of water that corresponds to the amount of rice we have added. We let it cook over low heat until the rice is well cooked.
