Es un plato pariano de influencia antillana Ingredientes 1 kg de ocumo blanco rallado 6 a 8 chalotas o cuatro cebollas moradas pequeñas 8 ajíes dulces 3 dientes de ajo 1 mazo de perejil Sal y pimienta al gusto 1 cucharada pequeña de tomillo 1 huevo batido Preparación El primer paso en la receta es picar los vegetales de forma menuda y mezclarlos con el ocumo. Luego estos ingredientes se condimentan con la sal, el tomillo y la pimienta. Se agrega el huevo batido a fin de que la mezcla se compacte y por último, con una cuchara se forman bolas pequeñas que se deberán freír en aceite.
