Paella (preparación)

Buenas noches amigos de steemit, hoy les presento un rico plato llamado paella el cual se prepara con frutos del mar, los cuales son:

• Calamares
• Camarones
• Mejillones
• Cangrejos

Preparación: Se deberá picar los siguientes aliños en cuadritos pequeños

• Pimentón
• Cebollin
• Cebolla
• Ajo porro
• Celeri
• ajo

Se vierte en una paellera con un chorrito de aceite para luego agregarle los frutos del mar y arroz de acuerdo a la cantidad de comensales. Se le irá agregando sal, cubito o caldo de pollo, consome de pescado, un toque de vino blanco y un toque de colorante.

Para culminar la preparación se decora con tiras delgadas de pimentón rojo, cangrejos y trozos de pescado, una vez que se va secando se cubre con papel de aluminio y una vez lista para servir se le agregan guisantes.
