Dulce de pan con leche
Los ingredientes para esta receta son los siguientes:
- 2 bollos de pan
- yemas de huevos
- 1 litro de leche
- 500 gr. de azúcar
Preparación
Quitamos la corteza del pan y cortamos en pedacitos pequeños. mezclamos el pan, la leche y el azúcar y cocinamos-revolviendo comtantemente hasta que se vea el fondo de la olla ;quitamos del fuego. aparte batimos bién las yemas y la agregamos a la mezcla, la cocinamos nuevamente removiendola a cada momento, hasta ver que hierva. enfríe y sirva en compotera.
