I was these days looking at the publications on instagram I saw an image that said "as a photographer says smile and lift your face", when I read this I was thinking for a moment and I said it's true I have to follow this beautiful advice and everything will be easier. And really, it has worked wonders for me, it is beautiful advice.
That is why I advise you to always lift your face and smile even if you have problems, because life is only one and you have to live it, enjoy every minute because the bad moments pass and only remain as a bitter pill and what better way than to remember the wonderful things we fight for every day.
I know that when we have problems thousands of negative thoughts come to us, but when this happens, we only have to multiply the positive thoughts. That is, for every negative thought, we will think two positive ones until you have control of all your thoughts.
We have to know how to be in control of the daily situations that we face, without getting carried away by the moment, because problems always happen, we only have to look for solutions to those that have a solution and if not, leave that for the inner peace of your person.
I know sometimes we do not feel like smiling, but a smile changes everything, there will come a time when you do it naturally, when you smile your body relaxes and if you send positive messages to the brain everything goes better than you expected.

Hoy les vengo a compartir una bonita reflexión, sé que avecé nos dejamos agobiar por los problemas de la vida cotidiana y estos nos puede afectar mucho si nos dejamos envolver por estos, creo tenemos es que saber sobre llevarlo y seguir los consejos de un fotógrafo sonríe y levanta la cara.
Estaba en estos días viendo las publicaciones en instagram vi una imagen que decía “como dice un fotógrafo sonríe y levanta la cara”, cuando leí esto me quede pensando por un momento y dije es cierto tengo que seguir este hermoso consejo y todo será más fácil. Y de verdad, que me ha funcionado de maravilla es hermoso consejo.
Por eso les aconsejo que siempre levante la cara y sonrían aunque tengas problemas, porque la vida es una sola y hay que vivirla, disfrutar cada minuto porque los momentos malos pasan y solo quedan como un trago amargo y que mejor manera que recordar las cosas maravillosas por la que luchamos cada día.
Sé que cuando tenemos problemas se nos vienen miles de pensamiento negativos pero cuando suceda esto, solo hay que multiplicar los pensamientos positivos. Es decir, por cada pensamiento negativo, pensaremos dos positivos hasta que tengas el control de todos tus pensamientos.
Tenemos que saber tener el control de las situaciones cotidianas que se nos presentan, sin dejarnos llevar por el momento, porque los problemas siempre pasan solo hay que buscarle solución a los que tengan solución y si no dejar eso por la paz interna de tu persona.
A veces no tenemos ganas de estar sonriendo, pero una sonrisa cambia todo llegara un momento que lo hagas natural, al sonreír tu cuerpo se relaja y si le mandas mensajes positivos al cerebro todo sale mejor de lo te esperabas.
Amigos este mi hermosa reflexión compartida, espero que mi reflexión del día les funcione como a mi persona por más bonito que sonreírle a la vida que el creador nos regaló.
