El dulce de plátano es uno de mis favoritos lo sabroso que es comer este dulce en las meriendas por ejemplo, así que si sus plátanos se ponen maduros o negros aproveche de hacer un dulce de plátano son deliciosos.
Ingredientes:
3 plátanos maduros.
1 taza y 1/ 2 de agua.
3 cucharadas de papelón rayado o de azúcar morena .
clavos de olor al gusto .
Preparación:
Primero se pelan y se pican los plátanos, en ruedas .
Se fríen en aceite caliente , cuando comiencen a dorar retirar del aceite y dejar escurrir en un papel absorbente.
En el caldero se cocina a fuego medio el agua con el papelón y los clavos de olor y luego se colocan los plátanos a cocinar por deis minutos .
