➣ Ingredientes ;
➢3 docenas de mazorca
➢ 350g de azucar
➢2 curadas de sal
➢ 2 taza de leche
➢1 taza de harina de maiz
➢carne para mechar
➢1/2 taza de agua
➢ingredientes (al gusto para preparar la carne al gusto)
➢Queso guayanes
➢Queso blanco
👍ANTES QUE TODO DEBEMOS LAVARNOS LAS MANOS Y LOS UTENSILIOS A UTILIZAR, TAMBIEN LOS INGREDIENTE QUE LO NESECITEN👍
🍴🍴✶ Comencemos con quitar la cortesa del maíz para proceder a desgranarlo para ser molido.
✶ Luego de ser molido, a la masa obtenida le añadimos azúcar, sal, agua, harina, y leche (mezclamos bien hasta tener una masa homogeneiza y consistente)
✶ con una cuchara llevamos la mezcla a la plancha, la cual de estar aceitada, se vierte para ser moldeada de forma circular.
✶ luego de estar lista le untamos mantequilla y la rellenamos con queso y carne o el ingrediente de nuestro gusto.
